The Sunlight Chimney We pursued the detail which the sunlight got through the basement from the top of the building. This is a very small house, so we made a vertical light well by using the staircase instead of an indepedent well. The light which passaged through the glass, the expand metals and the louvers shines in the living room, the bedroom, the study room,the bathroom and the basement studio finally.
